Room Select Bilbao

Great hotel with great wi-fi, a tv, and air conditioning. The staff were really kind to my old parents during our first stay, which I remember fondly. I'm coming back for Christmas!

A wide range of amazing food for meals. Guest room with a nice big window, comfy bed, for instance. Location short walk to the center of the old town which deserves to be visited, museums, churches, and wonderful restaurants and pinxtos bars, and old town next to late night bars.

Attentive staff throughout.

The girls at the reception were super nice and super kind, they helped us a lot.. The rooms are spacious and modern.. The location is the best, it's in the middle of the old town, you have everything around you.

You could hear everything that was going on in other rooms and corridors. We even had to endure the snoring of another person from another floor at night. The receptionist who was there in the evening gave us our luggage and went to the breakfast room past us, he didn't speak to us and we wanted to ask him for directions to the airport (there was a night marathon in the city that cut off all the streets). We had to leave without being able to ask him anything because we were waiting for a long time and he didn't come to the reception. I felt very bad about his attitude because it was late and we didn't know how to get out of town.

Very friendly welcome. Effective and helpful informqation aboot parking and city walks. Basic, but clean roms, sufficiently furnished. Good, comfortable beds

It was difficult to find the hotel without a guide. It is important that one finds out how to get there. It would be helful if there was a notice about costs of parking on the website.

The building is really nice and the rooms are good-sized with the heater, good-sized bathroom plus cupboards.

Cutting through the noise

Very good location in the heart of the old part of the city. Good connections to everywhere. Nice walk along the riverside to Guggenheims. Clean and modern interiors.

The design of the hotel was modern and appealing. Everything looked clean.There was internet access.The receptionists were excellent -very friendly and helpful and spaking excellent English.

Ideal located in the centre of Bilbao, 2 seconds to the best restaurant and bars! Only 30 min by foot to Guggenheim or 5 with the tram/bus at a cost of 1€. Rooms are basic but a good bed is what you need and it was.

They should pay attention to the cleaning of the bathroom->shower.

Vibrant Stay in the Heart of Bilbao!

Enjoyed our family getaway in this central location. The bustling atmosphere during the fiesta added to the excitement, though it was a bit noisy at night. Take a room at the back for peace. Friendly staff.
